Agents can pay up to 50% of their fee/commission to their brokers. This traditional high fee Broker model is very common still. How much will you save using Greg?
For now, the offer is simple. You are guaranteed about 1% off asking on any property (equal to 1/3 of my commission capped at 10k). Example: A median home in my neighborhood is 700K. If I cannot negotiate 7K off asking I will pay it out of my commission. this example assumes a 3 percent buyers fee. This can vary.
What is the cost?
