Greg Johnson, B.A., M.A.T.
The best kind of Realtor!
Education: Earned a Bachelors in Business (finance emphasis) & Art (3D Design) plus a Masters in education. Yet, I don’t believe degrees solely qualify someone. I spent 14 years in an educational setting. I have been blessed with a mother that taught me to enjoy helping people. I have been born with love of complex problem solving. My biggest secret is no secret, Focused Listening.
Construction: I have decades of construction knowledge. At 15 I started working on the job-site with my Grandpa who was a life long residential contractor. I have built multiple homes and still swing a hammer when time allows. I can identify the quality of a property, foresee potential issues, and advise you on renovations or improvements that could add value to your investment. Do not blindly trust the builder, trust and verify.
Land Development: My knowledge of land development is invaluable, especially if you're considering a property with future potential. I can help you assess the long-term possibilities of your investment, providing you with a strategic advantage. I have personally built and developed on raw land.
Emotional Support: Making real estate moves are a big deal. This means you’ll feel stress and/or high levels of emotion. It hits everyone differently. Stress is the feeling of a loss of control (ie increased entropy). We will minimize potential entropic factors as much as possible with front loading some if/then sequence strategies. Fear is the enemy of creative problem solving so we must not give into it.
Choose me as your realtor, and you'll benefit from a wealth of knowledge, a passion for teaching, a deep understanding of construction/land development, and an unwavering commitment to making your real estate experience both educational and enjoyable. Your dream home or investment property is within reach, and I'm here to help you.

Tip: You should talk to at least 3 R.E. Agents prior to hiring one. Find someone willing to work hard for you. They should also listen well to your goals and be willing to hustle. Remember talk is cheap.
